When you tap Send report, the apartment, cleaner name, cleaning date, completed tasks, notes and selected photos are stored on this website. Only the authorised owner account can view submitted reports and photos. Reports are not automatically sent to WhatsApp or email.
Please photograph the cleaned apartment only. Do not include guests, identity documents, keys with access details, or other private guest information.
Submitted reports remain stored until removed by Evian Facility. To request correction or removal, contact office@evian-facility.at. Short-lived browser cookies protect the sending process. Technical request limits use a temporary daily hash of the connection address.
